1. Quality Issues (Freshness Guarantee)

We take pride in our quality. If the flowers/gifts arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the quality issue.

2. Non-Delivery

If the order is not delivered on the scheduled date due to our fault, we will issue a **full refund** immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy (Strict)

All Sales Are Final - No Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, and food items, we strictly do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

As soon as you complete the checkout, your order immediately enters our automated processing system and materials are prepared instantly. Therefore, refunds are not allowed at the moment the order is submitted. Please double-check your order details before payment.
